Free 15 minute consultation
I believe a positive working relationship is based on trust. As much as I'll be assessing
your needs and how I can help you best, it's important that you feel comfortable with me
- especially if I'm giving advice about your personal life.
So I'm very happy to have an initial 15 minute session for no charge, so we can both feel
confident about going forward.
Initial Consultation
Are you recently single after a long marriage or relationship? Or have you had a
series of unsatisfactory relationships, and you're not quite sure why? Maybe you've
been single for some time, so you feel a bit rusty or unsure of how to âget out there'.
Whatever your situation, we'll discuss your specific goals and challenges in full. Taking
everything on board, I'll give you some practical recommendations to improve the quality
and quantity of people you're meeting.

Additional Consultations
Sometimes it's helpful to check in again once things get going, to get extra support, or
perhaps some 1-1 advice about specific relationships. Additional consultations are offered in a block of three one-hour sessions.

Image, Energy & Attitude Makeover
Attracting your ideal partner often starts with feeling attractive and confident yourself.
We'll review your best assets, and look at making internal and external changes, to help
you feel, act and look your best.
Includes 3 one-hour advisory sessions:
1. We'll review your particular relationship goals and challenges. We'll do an
initial assessment of your attitude, image and energy, to identify how your
thoughts, appearance and behaviours are working for or against you. We'll pay particular attention to strike the proper balance of masculine/feminine energy, as well as increasing positive emotions, to enhance your sex appeal. (1 hour)
2. You'll meet with an image consultant/stylist, who will give you top-to-toe
recommendations. (1 hour)
3. You'll meet with a make-up artist, who will give you tips on how to update your
look and enhance your facial features. (1 hour)
You'll also receive supporting materials, recommended readings, and a summary reports
of recommendations.

Online Dating Demystified
Using a wealth of proven, practical insights, I'll show you the most effective and safest
ways to use the Internet, to improve the quality and quantity of people you're meeting.
Includes:
One-hour advisory session that focuses on developing an internet dating strategy, selecting appropriate websites, and creating two online profiles. The package also includes a 90-minute photo session with a professional photographer (optional), and 30 minutes of email consultation time to address any questions as meet people on and off-line.

Fast-track Your Online Connections
To play the online dating game effectively, you've got to search exhaustively, log-
on regularly and manage responses promptly. But many busy professionals simply
don't have the time. Based on your selection criteria, I'll comb all the major online
databases to find suitable people. I can also help to write or edit your profile, post
it on up to 4 select websites, and even help to review and filter your responses.
Each week, you'll get a Flash Report', including a carefully-selected shortlist of new
candidates. It will include stats on how well you're doing in cyberspace - ie, how many
people viewed your ad, your overall rank on the website, which users added you as
a Friend', etc. From the profile information they provide, we can get a good idea of
social class, profession, education, values, hobbies, personality and physical fitness.
Using this combined qualitative and quantitative information, we can then make any
necessary tweaks in your strategy and approach, and boost your chances of success.
When you've identified someone you'd like to meet, or maybe even several people,
if you wish, I can kick-start an email dialogue on your behalf. After 2 or 3 email
exchanges, I'll handover to you, so you can start building rapport directly.
In addition, clients receive up to 10 mini date preparations, and 5 debriefing sessions.

Teleclasses
In these 60-minute group Teleclass, you'll hear the latest research and information
regarding what works and what doesn't when it comes to understanding the opposite sex and choosing. Stack the odds in your favour with these powerful insights. Participants receive a summary document, as well as a private 10-minute follow-up conversation with Paula.
